Terms of Service
1. Booking & Reservations
All safari bookings are subject to availability and confirmation by the Ranthambore Forest Department. Bookings must be made in advance with full payment. The specific zone and vehicle assigned are subject to the park's roster system.
2. Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made 30 days prior to the tour date will receive a 50% refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the tour date are non-refundable. In the event of park closure due to unforeseen weather or government orders, we will attempt to reschedule or refund based on booking policies.
3. Tourist Conduct
Guests are expected to adhere to all park rules. Loud noises, feeding animals, or disembarking from the vehicle is strictly prohibited. Violation of these rules may result in immediate termination of the safari without refund.
4. Liability
While we take every precaution for your safety, Ranthambore Safari & Tours is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property during the tour. Wildlife sightings are natural events and cannot be guaranteed.
